Our Approach 

PROAS strives to exceed customer expectations, further improve partner satisfaction, and deliver outstanding results for all our stakeholders. Our approach consists of three phases:

1. Preparation – Understanding Your Needs 

We start with a digital intake via the Customer Need Assessment (CNA) to identify your lubrication challenges. Followed by a Lub Quick Scan (LQS) on-site, to map your current processes. Based on these insights, we craft a Tailormade Customer Proposal (TCP).

2. Execution – Delivering Results 

Depending on the agreed solution, we proceed with immediate delivery or coordinate installation and start-up, including training to ensure smooth integration and optimal performance.

3. Follow-up – Sustaining Excellence 

We don’t stop at delivery. Our service agreements and KPI reporting allow us to track improvements, document savings, and continuously raise the bar.

Backed by years of experience in industrial lubrication, PROAS offers an "on-stop shop" Oil As A Service (OAAS) solution for companies to make lubrication processes more efficient and reduce operational costs. Together, we maximize the safety, performance, and lifespan of your machinery and minimize the impact on the environment.

By offering industrial lubrication as a service, including lubrication advice, high-quality industrial lubricants, advanced lubrication systems, and oil and equipment condition monitoring systems, we ensure that the right lubricant, in the right quantity, at the right time, and using the right method, reaches the right point.

In the industrial sector, lubrication oil is still very frequently, used, replaced, and disposed of. This outdated linear process is not only costly and inefficient but also creates significant waste streams and CO₂ emissions.

Together with SKF, PROAS offers the innovative SKF RecondOil® Double Separation Technology (DST). This patented technology, used worldwide, makes oil changes a thing of the past and ensures a 96% reduction in CO² emissions.

Rogier and Pascal

Rogier and Pascal gained their experience at renowned companies such as TotalEnergies, Nynas, and SKF. We know that optimal lubrication is crucial. We understand lubrication processes, enabling us to translate your needs and wishes into customer-focused solutions.

Rogier has over 40 years of experience in the oil and lubricants industry. He began his career in sales and quickly progressed to operational roles. Since 1990, he has worked internationally and assisted teams in the Netherlands, Europe, and worldwide.

He has built strong expertise in making industrial business processes more sustainable. His strength lies in combining business process knowledge with a pragmatic approach to increase efficiency and reduce complexity and risks.

Pascal has over three decades of experience in the oil and lubricants industry, with particular expertise in industrial lubrication techniques. His career began as a lubricant application specialist, after which he quickly progressed to commercial and management positions.

Throughout his career, he has managed international teams in Belgium, Europe, and worldwide. He specializes in making industrial lubrication processes more sustainable and optimizing operational efficiency.
